Some of the content over laps with some other courses the EA runs but as a package it was very good. The EA has a compulsory training module on biases so this was familiar. It included tips and tricks that i can use immediately as well as other tactics that may need some practise to use effectively. So over all i will listen more and react less !

Good training course. Would have obvioulsy been much better in person but needs must. Would really love to further my skills on a more advanced course but don't think there is one available yet.

Even though we did this module remotely I found it interesting and really useful. Mark was a really good presenter even in difficult circumstances

Truly enjoyed the atmosphere on the call - everyone joined in and encouraged each other to voice opinions and situation which the course leader Lisa built upon during the training to tailor it to the women on the call. Using examples really helped me understand the material and any questions I had were answered politely without making me feel uncomfortable.
