Truly brilliant training day - this is the first virtual training session I have taken part in and I must say is was one of the best I have been on as it was focused and I could hear clearly what was being said at all times without disruptions. The trainer Mark was excellent, interesting and really keep discussion flowing all day. Thanks Mark great job!

Some of the content over laps with some other courses the EA runs but as a package it was very good. The EA has a compulsory training module on biases so this was familiar. It included tips and tricks that i can use immediately as well as other tactics that may need some practise to use effectively. So over all i will listen more and react less !

Good training course. Would have obvioulsy been much better in person but needs must. Would really love to further my skills on a more advanced course but don't think there is one available yet.

Even though we did this module remotely I found it interesting and really useful. Mark was a really good presenter even in difficult circumstances
