Very informative day and I can see how all of this can be applied to my every day role. Verity even went out of her way to add in an additional slide to show techniques to get out of the storming stage as this related to issues we were all experiencing with our staffing team.
I very much enjoyed today’s workshop. Helen's energy and delivery was great, and she delivered a lot of information in a clear and engaging way. Learnt new things, models and techniques and valuable information for the assignment.
