Too many breakout rooms. The context behind the slides are never shared which makes the slides not useful

The course content was interesting and the breakout room discussions were useful in unpicking the subjects and gaining an insight into other people's experiences and thoughts on the topics.
The workshop is very lengthy and deep - personally for myself I don’t like exploring feelings and emotions so I found myself disconnected sometimes - however this is just me personally
Interesting but some repeated work from previous sessions. Hard to see where some of it fits into the workbook tasks

Very heavy on break out rooms which were with staff I work with so a lot less learning from this module compared to others
Any classroom/zoom I struggle with my learning style. I feel like we filled in the learning styles as a tick box exercise at the start of the apprenticeship.

I had very little understanding as i am not in a management position but feel that i have the knowledge needed to communicate change within our organisation
