The course’s distinctive strength is its tutors’ deep electrical knowledge, patient explanations and ability to connect theory with real switching work. Attendees value the engaging discussions, clear materials and practical experience with varied HV/LV equipment and switching schedules, which builds confidence for the workplace. The well-equipped facility and supportive atmosphere also stand out, although some attendees find the course drawn out and would welcome more practical time.

The training experience at Faraday Centre is excellent, all the staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful. The training provided by Steve Procopis was really good and enjoyable. A lot of topics were covered and Steve went above and beyond, ensuring everything is thoroughly discussed and comprehended by all participants. Steve would not mind discussing topics not covered in the course curriculum and stayed with us late , providing additional insight and comments.

The course stressed the importance of following correct operational procedures in both LV and HV environments. Despite not physically involved with the maintenance of electric equipment at our data centres, my team mate and I benefited by gaining greater understanding around the risks involved and requirement for clear and correct sequence of steps in maintenance activities. The course was delivered in good pace and relaxed atmosphere by the instructor who's priority and best efforts were towards ensuring the content is understood by all participants. Food and beverage breaks were well well paced, as well.
