The course’s distinctive strength is its tutors’ deep electrical knowledge, patient explanations and ability to connect theory with real switching work. Attendees value the engaging discussions, clear materials and practical experience with varied HV/LV equipment and switching schedules, which builds confidence for the workplace. The well-equipped facility and supportive atmosphere also stand out, although some attendees find the course drawn out and would welcome more practical time.
