The training session was well presented. The trainer gave clear and precise answers and examples from personal experience of interviews. There was plenty of discussion & questions during the course. The breakout sessions were interactive and the tasks achievable. Overall a very informative course, with practical tips and processes to use in interviews.

Anna was very knowledgeable and engaging with the interview process. I will be involved in interview panels over the next few months and the information gleaned from the course will help to go through the Interview process in a more efficient and professional manner.

Would need more duration

This was an excellent course, very well presented and delivered by Anna with a good mixture of the theoretical and practical applications of the subject matter. Great use of polls, quizzes, and breakout rooms. I really enjoyed the course and I will recommend this to my colleagues.
