The course was explained clearly and we was encouraged to take part in learning games which brought the competitive side out.
Andrew was clear to set the criteria of the assessment but at the same time gave us a lot of practical and business based examples.
Andrew’s story telling and relating his life experiences into the course was very helpful and I really enjoyed it.

Andrew is very informative and I actually find the course very interesting and engaging. It made me think much more deeper about my role in leadership and a lot more about what i can do to improve as a manager.
