Excellent trainer and excellent support. Thankyou for your time. however a lot of time spent on chat and messaging which is no what we as an academy do not use that function and would have preferred to have spent time setting up meetings and applying it education and training. the lack of IT didn't help th trainer but she worked around this and was very patient. Thankyou

I have never done this before. So I had to concentrate. I explored things I didn't know about.
