Very good training, well laid out, very well informed, mix of learning and practicing across a range of ages and genders. Would highly recommend.

The trainer was incredibly knowledgable and explained things well. The pace of the course was perfect, just enough information and not overwhelming. Both Carol and Garry were lovely and very helpful.
