Great 2 day course, captured the essentials of HR and will help me apply better communication and application in my role going forward

There has been a lot of valuable learnings that I can implement moving forward, I’ve enjoyed feeling relaxed enough to open up about experiences and get feedback on situations and scenarios to help prepare for future.

I learnt a number of interesting facts on this course that I was not previously aware of. I will take forward my learnings and no doubt improve the team.

This was a really good couple of days, the trainer was very engaging and kept my interest throughout. Very worthwhile thank you!

The course was great for securing my knowledge & helping me identify policies we might need to revisit & amend.

If I am honest the thought of sitting through a 2 day HR Course, was not something I was looking forward to. However, as soon as we met Lynne we knew that we were going to have a positive experience and gain a great deal of helpful knowledge. Lynne was super engaging and gave us every opportunity to put forward our own thoughts and comments which meant we were able to relate everything to our own centre. She provided helpful information on how we could resolve varying issues that we feel we currently have on site. The room was quickly made to feel like a safe place, where we could all open up and discuss any worries that we had. Previously we had not felt like we could do this, so it is going to be a huge benefit going forward.
