Enjoyed the course, mainly a refresher on existing knowledge but I have taken away actions and look forward to implementing them within our business

I was very happy with the way the course was managed and how clear everything was presented.

The course was delivered brilliantly, I feel very well informed, and I feel I have more tools and a better outlook in HR skills and knowledge

The course was very interesting and it was good to have a team of people interacting and giving examples for different situations to build up a good understanding. Lynne was very good at explaining the slides and brought the group together very well and the 2 days went by very quickly.

Lynne was engaging and knowledgeable. Her real life experience brought the topics to life . She was also helpful suggesting further reading material for my questions.
