Very useful session on effective communication, it helped me better understand my preferred communication style, how it impacts others and how I can flex it to suit different situations.

It was useful to see different perspectives on how people act, and the use of splitting up the video call into group was a great technique to allow for greater communicability. From my understanding of the 4 personality styles I think it is a great introductory piece into how people think, however, it is quite basic and doesn't reflect on on the variability of people's personalities, and so as this I have had previous courses on this topic i didn't find it particularly useful
