Luke was a great trainer, provided in depth knowledge to complete the course as well as his own knowledge to help us when applying it to a real world setting.

It would have been helpful to receive the course books earlier, and a note with them, to start reading them prior to the start of the course. Once the course had started, it was overwhelming to prepare for exams on top of studying the course materials in depth.

The course was excellently presented, Luke was extremely helpful and made it a fun course. He put in the time to help us with any queries we had and made all the knowledge relevant to our work/lives which really made the course engaging.

Although a dry subject Luke delivered the course very well, he made it very engaging even though it was conducting via Teams. Luke very supportive throughout the course and offered to support outside the online classroom. Would recommend anyone to go on a course with Luke

Chris is very intelligent and very helpful , what he teaches sticks in my head and is very clear,straightforward and informative

As a whole, over the 10 sessions i thoroughly enjoyed the course and have learned a plethora of information that i believe i will be able to apply to my job in the future. The trainer Chris was an asset to my learning and repeatedly made the extra effort to speak to all individuals one on one and even staying behind a couple minutes to answer questions happily on multiple occasions. I believe his knowledge and large amount of genuine interest in health and safety really helps in understanding the course information.
