As someone who has learning difficulties I felt that I was being bombarded with information and struggled some what.

Good course, would have been good if the course content was laid out online from the start and logins were sent promptly so that you could upload as you went along. Sally dealt very well with some of the staff who were un enthusiastic and brought them around.

I think overall I have learnt a lot and have developed my teaching skills exponentially. I think to improve, the booklet could've been filled in as we went along as I feel like we were going through a lot of information making notes. I feel like the teacher engaged with the class effectively ensuring all students' questions were answered and any issues were thoroughly explained.

I found the content very academic,was difficult for myself to follow. Tutor was great but my own intellect I guess was the issue

I enjoyed this course and it was relevant to my job role. The trainer (Su) made it enjoyable and i can take away new ways to teach.

So glad I did this course! I learnt a lot about teaching methods, approaches, micro-teaching, procedures and policies etc This for me is important as I've been overseas for 20 years, thus out of touch with the UK educations system. Suzanne is a fantastic trainer! I initially felt slightly intimidated in the first session. However, she knows how to make you feel relaxed and yet at the same time challenged me. The outcome is I feel very confident about my ability in teaching.

I found the trainer engaging and knowledgeable, the whole subject was explained in an inclusive easy to understand manner. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone interested in improving their training techniques and methods.

Suzanne was a really good teacher, very clear with the learning outcomes and continuously related the training back to our workplace and where it will benefit us. It has added great value to my role and how I can deliver my training to a higher standard.

I really enjoyed the training course, I feel I have learnt a lot from the course and will be able to implement a lot of what I have learnt going forward to become a better trainer. There was a lot of information to take in but I feel Sue delivered the information in a fun way which was easy to digest. I am new to training so didn't know what to expect but overall was happy with everything and look forward to using what I have learnt.
