Wasn't looking forward to the training if I am honest, however the tutor was very engaging and kept it very interesting and I found myself enjoying the training. I had heard from others that had attended a similar course (somewhere else) say it was boring etc. Clearly they didn't have the same trainer. our trainer was so engaging and full of life really refreshing I have been on loads of training and there aren't many trainers with the same upbeat attitude.

Overall very good. Could do with up to date non conformance reports as we had to manually add date, autitor, ncr level, etc. Boxes
