Very helpful and informative for me as i have limited knowledge on ISO 9001
Tutor made it very enjoyable and interesting
The course requires a different layout in room to be able to concentrate, it would be helpful to use electronic rather handwritten forms to practice with the course was very rushed through no fault of the traine and I would certainly have benefited form a 4 day course which was relevant in specifics to my profession rather than industry Thankyou Craig, you are clearly very knowledgeBle
There was a lack diversity within the cohort due to a large delegation from one organisation
Great course made easy by the trainer making it easy to understand and by being very engaged with the candidates
Enjoyed the course and will apply what I have learnt
