George made the course feel welcoming and had created a comfortable and safe environment to learn. I found the content given was the perfect amount to withhold my interest for the full two days. Not too little and not too much. There was no applied pressure to get things 'correct' first time around or even at all, which coincides with part of the learning process of the course itself. I am very happy with the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the past two days and cannot forsee any issues with being able to put what I have learned into practice. I have several supplier meetings coming up where this plan of action and new found confidence will be very much appreciated. Thank you for your help!
