I realise that Covid prevents face to face delivery at the moment, but teams delivery is not as good as I couldnt always hear clearly what the trainer was saying

Great course and Richard really captured my attention throughout the day.

Interesting day! Managed the technology valiantly. It's not the easiest thing to deliver training virtually and still make it useful/engaging.

Brilliant course, excellent trainer - highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was concerned about the delivery due to it being virtual but it was actually exceptionally well ran and I would definitely recommend virtual training days to colleagues.

I liked how there was a smaller group so that everyone had chance to have a say. The hand raised system worked brilliantly as well as the smaller groups. Technology won today!
