Nicely structured with good breaks as it's quite intense doing a courses this way. The IT held up well but would have been useful to have a full set of the slides in advance for contingency

The session was very well organised in terms of logistics (division into 3 sessions) and content. I really appreciate the fact that the trainer run through the part of the course I missed because of the lost internet connection. Richard has great energy!

Very good trainer/training. Remote online working worked fairly well with some glitches, etc as expected. I need to ensure I now integrate the learning into my day job and have the space/time to plan future influencing work (not always easy).

Thanks for the course. Great detail and tools for tackling challenging discussions. Plenty of examples came to mind throughout the course that I will be able to apply. Only scored a 5 on course delivery due to the online delivery. Obviously in person would have been better. Thanks
