really enjoyed the format and the way we could still interact. The break out rooms made it easy to talk in small groups - something that would have taken ages once people had got up, moved about a room etc. I live in the North and usually have to travel to Birmingham or London for these sort of courses which takes a day and a half out of my time. In this course I could still get some day job work done.

Really grateful for the course leader's time and hard work here. Really enjoyed it, hope to be able to develop and make use of what we've learned today - ultimately it'll be about finding any opportunity to flex my influencing skills from now on.

Really interesting course and really engaging. Nicely spaced into 3, 90 min sessions to stop death by powerpoint. Worked really well for a virtual training course. Instructor handled tech issues really well, so it didn't feel like we missed out on anything.
