Very good day, the trainer kept me engaged throughout. Good structure of 3x 90 min sessions meant attention did not wander. Plenty of participation and opportunities to ask questions. Examples from the trainers role as a police negotiator were mixed with EA related examples to keep it relevant. Good mix of group work and presentations. Really enjoyed it!

Really good course, like the psychology angle Good people not put on the spot like they can be in some courses i prefer this model of running a course.

I've been waiting to do this course for some time and it didn't disappoint. Made me reflect on a lot of mistakes I've made which was a bit uncomfortable but I do want to get back on the horse and do better
