Thoroughly enjoyed the entirety of the course and I feel I've learnt a lot that I can use in my day to day basis at work aswell as being able to deal with the people side of things a lot better.

Really enjoyable and excellent course. I thought the content was brilliant and really useful to use within the work place.

The course has given me a lot of theory and subjects to think about. All relevant to my job and will hopefully help me improve over time. Claire is an excellent trainer who really makes the theory come to life and keeps the group engaged
