Claire is a fantastic course leader. I have learnt lots on this course especially about leaders and managers. She is ver engaging. I will be putting actions into my current role when I’m back in the office and speaking to my manager for some changes to implement.

I found the course to be very informative. Clare our trainer delivers the course in a very fun and easy to understand way. The overall experience, I’ve learnt a lot, had fun and taken a lot out of the course.

Overall cant fault claire one bit. She engages with all the people on course as a whole but also individually. The course details and materials she provides is next to non and she doesnt make it over complicated

It would have been good to have a bit more interection within the group. It all felt a bit rushed at the end.

I found the course pretty poorly delivered. The trainer did not engage with the attendees through polls etc and did not seem enthusiastic about the subject. The most distracting aspect of the course was that the trainer was using the build in mic on his equipment and the sound quality was very poor. I found this so distracting I had to leave at about the 3/4 point.

Excellent course about leadership. Learned about delegation and how to receive and give feedback.
