Serena was a great tutor, really clear, good pace, great exercises and recapping often. Happy venue has a great, calm, welcoming vibe and lovely food! Ice creams a great addition.

She was always happy to help with any questions and was happy to adapt the sessions to the needs of the attendees. Serena was lovely, patient and very informative. On occasions, she got ahead of where people where but she was helpful in going back a step and explained how something went wrong (if went wrong) on the document.

The training was incredibly helpful and not once did I feel under pressure or like it was too confusing. Sereena the trainer was fantastic and made it a pressure free zone, was incredibly clear in instructions and tried to make it as relevant to our own work as possible.

I came to the course to understand the capability and the 'what can/can't PowerBI do' rather than the detailed practical components of the platform. I really enjoyed the working style of the course and the space to be able to work on our demos and reports in a room with one another. Serena was a great and incredibly knowledgeable facilitator.
