Excellent delivery. I would have appreciated it if it had been more geared to Solicitors managing in the Civil Service as opposed to a generic course on management.

Really good workshop. Even though I am an manger for almost 18 years, I found it very useful to refresh my knowledge and mix with the participants on the day. Some very useful pointers to help with the feedback conversation.

Surprisingly good!!

The Performance Management workshop was an excellent half-day course. It made me look at the task of completing the PMDS in a different way. Before, it was a box ticking exercise, adding no value to me or my role. The training session today has given me the tools to approach my PMDS completely differently, more positively. Bernie, our trainer, was fantastic and really engaged with us, ensuring we all got something out of the day.
