I found the course extremely helpful and reassuring. I was able to ask questions that has secured my understanding and knowledge of Sherwood PBS. Kirsty was very patient as I know I was asking lots of questions.
Kirstie has an amazing friendly always smiling approach. Very helpful and didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions, or when you didn't do or say something quite right. Kirsties ability to help us understand a subject better was perfect. She engaged the group well and made us all feel comfortable. An excellent approach to teaching and I have learnt some new techniques to add into my own training. An educational day that was very enjoyable

Great refresher, received new information and activity to use in training. Good to recap and talk over the skills and in-depth aspects of the course with other trainers as well as guidance from Andy and Kirstie. Cheers guys!
Really useful refresher in which Andy gave me some great ideas about how to make the theory elements of the course more interactive for the learners. Kirstie was great at refreshing my memory about some of the physical skills I haven’t used/taught in a while.
Brilliant refresher, was great to see Andy. Was really good to go over the content of PBS, speaking about the theory side and also the practical side of things. It was nice to get positive feedback at the end of the course, great venue, great discussions.. keep doing what your doing Andy amazing, all my questions answered.
Andy was good at giving new examples on how to deliver certain aspects of the training.
