A very informative course and very interactive.
Another great course led by Rich, fantastic trainer who genuinely cares about his job and is a great teacher of people who keeps people engaged while infilling the nessassary and needed info to pass the course delivered
Excellent trainer informative and kept the course flowing with easily digested information, also short regular breaks to avoid fatigue which is a common issue for me with classroom based learning, also an off subject thing excellent to have comfier chairs with padding not just hard plastic in training room this is often neglected with a lot of training centres but improves the experience.
