Very good learninung skills by Rich. Very clear and always making sure that no learner gets left behind while delivering the course.
Good course. Great knowledge from instructor. Could do with lunch provided.
The knowledge rich has is second to none. This is my second time doing the tsco course with rich and I wouldn't have my training anywhere else.
Rich is great as always with the knowledge and the humour. Great to see rich and hope seeing him again.
Trainer kept everyone engaged with his teaching style.
Good course content and trainer easily answered questions
Course delivered in a way that was digestible and made clear to understand
Overall outstanding delivery of a very informal course. The role of a TSCO/TSS is defined clearly. Outstanding delivery from mr Lea as always.
Exceptional delivery of the course as per from Richard. Passion about the course he is delivering excels through his knowledge and experience.
Again showing they way to present courses having the open dialogue with everyone and stating all questions are viable, A candidate for highway heros.
