Richard's a great instructor. He can really keep you focused all day and really make the 3 day course fun.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Great facilities good information before the course. Richard delivered the course really well. He had lots of insight had some useful information and listened to everyone and answered their questions in a proffessional way. The course was kept quite lighthearted and made the 3 days really enjoyable.

A well run and set up course

Excellent course, learned a lot of new things despite this being my 5th First Aid course in the last 20 odd years. Richard very knowlegable and delivered the teaching with good humour and professionalism. Everybody should have this training!
