Really fantastic course, I feel like everything was covered and gone through in detail. Keith was more than happy to answer all questions and take time to go through things properly. He created a comfortable environment for everyone and I think we all learned a lot.
Keith is absolutely amazing and explained the course in great detail. Numerous situations were talked through and acted out, and he put our situational and mental awareness to the test. Having completed the course with him, I now feel like a competent first aider. He is a pleasure to be around and an excellent instructor and mentor when learning about something as serious and vital as first aid.
The course has been absolutely brilliant. My confidence in preparing for and delivering first aid has grown tenfold. Keith is an excellent presenter and was always there to answer any of our questions, no matter how big or small!
