Couldn’t really say anything negative at all about the course

The overall course was fantastic. Both Keith and Richard gave good easy to understand instructions and the practicals were fun and engaging. No question was silly or stupid and took The time to answer.

Course was delivered by Keith and Richard in a really easy way to understand. I like that they encouraged you to ask questions

I liked how the instructor was pretty blunt with how first aid can be it's the first time I've actually had that in the 6 years of doing first aid One bit of feedback is the location of the venue all 3 days of the course i had a terrible time trying to get into the place from public transport, if i had known how bad it was to get to i wouldn't have taken the course,it took my onto busy roundabouts flooded underpasses and 60 mph roads to get past 3 under passes, maybe a bit of a warning or comment on the website about it to let people know as not everyone has a car or can take it because of company policy

A great course and good grounding for an emergency response. We benefited from the small class size with more time to ask a lot of questions.
