Richard was very clued up on all aspects of first aid. Answered all our queries and made the course flow with videos and interaction. Would highly recommend both Richard and first aid course to anyone

Great course, and good subject knowledge from instructor

Richards presentation techniques was making something interesting to the student by adding a little humour at times which engaged myself more. Venue a little cramped at times for practice parts vs number participants. Overall very good content and course
