Our trainer was so engaging and knowledgeable! I really did enjoy the session. I found the content engaging and easy to follow and I genuinely took a lot away from it. I would love to attend training with LMT again

I thought the content was very interesting and presented in a way that was easy to follow for someone with no previous knowledge.

Ed had a relaxed and informative presenting style that worked well with the whole audience including me. He encouraged involvement and was particularly good at providing positive feedback to those that offered opinions (and guesses!)

Ed was very friendly and explained things in a manner which was understandable for everyone, especially novices to insurance. The slides were clear and concise and I liked how Ed let us discuss issues within the presentation.
