Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.

This was a really useful training session for someone who is new to the insurance industry. It was engaging and interactive which made it really easy to follow.
