The Facilitator has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys questions. She is also on hand to ask if you struggle to understand things.
Facilitator always ready to help with any quires and gives good guidance

I find it hard to concentrate when a member of the class is so rude and obnoxious, from the moment she walked in late and refused to apologise up to not presenting to the class and speaking with her back to the room. The answering of the phone and swearing down the phone was the nail in the coffin. This needs to be addressed as it is having a negative o Impact on my experience and what I take out of the session.
