the training was good and very informative, Michael made all the resources in the session adapted to my needs and did not make it obvious so i felt comfortable

Great delivery

The session for this week was good, the learners are always involved in some form of activities throughout the whole session, therefore making it very interactive. The session encouraged learners to share their ideas on the various topics that was discussed in the session, we are all learning from each other. The facilitator makes the learning fun and interesting for all. It been good so far.

Well lead and clear explanation

Really good 1st day, interactive even though we are remote and course facilitators really tried to involve and encourage everyone

Excellent training as always. Lovely venue and people. Nice to have lunch provided so I shouldn't complain, I though it was quite bland a d the biscuits could be nicer.
