Excellent course, at times difficult to apply some concepts to the constraints of the public sector, but useful tools to at least try to address many of the NHS leadership challenges
The course has given me the opportunity to take time and reflect on what has been a very tricky 18 months at work. I enjoyed hearing from the others on the course but was disappointed that our numbers dwindled from 12 to 5 by day four. Some of the insight (Chimp paradox and Strengths Finder) have been very useful and have helped me deal with some challenging situations. I fully embrace the 'Happy way' of doing things and will continue to work on how I lead and seek to positively influence how my organisation approaches culture.
I really appreciated the positivity in this course and though there were some aspects that I found quite challenging, it's been great to take part.
