Practical, real-world delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees value the balance of hands-on activities and theory, relatable scenarios, demonstrations and anecdotes that make first-aid guidance memorable. They describe knowledgeable, approachable trainers who explain clearly, welcome questions and adapt content to workplace needs. The sessions are generally engaging, well paced and confidence-building, with useful refreshers on updates and equipment. Some attendees find the full day long and would welcome more practical opportunities.
