Really informative with lots of opportunities to ask questions at any moment, very interactive and nice that Pam used our names to make it personal
Kyrie was really brilliant and engaging. She made the course interesting and easy to understand.
Good, clear; I learned a lot. Would have loved some more 'hands on' practical opportunities, especially in terms of putting bandages on etc.
Rachel delivered our course (not Brendon) thank her, it was very informative and she used her own personal experience to give an idea of the reason first aid I'd helpful
Ian was brilliant. A great instructor, easy to understand, willing to answer and discuss any questions we had… he was also really cheerful and humorous, which was much appreciated. It’s a long day of training, so a fun but informative instructor is always appreciated. Ian led the course at a really good pace. Thanks, Ian!
