Very good and engaging. The instructor covered a lot of theory and had a lot of practical too. Thank you
The trainer was very nice and gave us a lot of information, I would just say we didn’t go into the information in loads of detail, it was quite fast paced. But overall good and I’ve come out with more knowledge than I went in with.
Very good. Good to hear about the recent changes. Clear concise trainer .
Stephen was great at explaining everything. We did practical activities too and he was happy to deviate to answer any extra question we had. Great course!
The venue got colder as the day progressed. The kitchen facilities were great. Stephen was friendly and knowledgeable.
