Stephen was very friendly and spoke very clearly and explained each step very well as we went along and I now feel much more confident in first aid.
Excellent delivery of training, thorough and detailed . Stephen gave clear instructions and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend to others.
I feel this was the best first aid training I have had. Stephen was so calm and reassuring and clear in explanations and regularly reviewed learning. Very impressed, we are interested in booking for our KS1 children soon. I know all staff were very impressed with Stephen too. Thank you.
