The trainer was very engaging, covered everything well, answered questions.
The trainer was pleasant and friendly. and she made the course relaxed, but also enjoyable and informative. I felt confident that she was well qualified to teach First Aid.
Going through medical emergency drugs, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes etc would also be helpful

He was great fun and practical in his learning which will help with recalling information when needed (if needed!)

I found Brendan very down to earth in the way he explained the course. It was easy to understand and how to remember the things he taught us.
