Really good and for me especially to explain the updated process around dialling 999
Good course, enthusiastic tutor put message across well
Danny did v well. Very thorough. But I couldnt always hear him. Other noises outside the room was a lot of the problem.

The trainer was very engaging and ensured that everybody felt comfortable, despite the various levels of experience in the room. Thank you for bringing some humour to what can be a very difficult topic.
