Our trainer Stephen was very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm made the course enjoyable as well as interesting

Stephen was very impressive with his expertise, knowledge and style of delivering the training in an easy to follow way, especially for the practical tasks (CPR; use of de-fibs; epi-pens; bandages). Today, I have leant so many new things to add to my role as emergency first aider in my workplace and this has increased my confidence when dealing with incidents, which can vary from moderate (cut fingers) to serious (visitors collapsing).
