This course was delivered extremely well. Stephen new his subject and delivered it in a manor that I found easy to understand. The key thing for me was how he explained "why" so it wasn't just reading off the powerpoint sheets.

Made very enjoyable while getting lots of information

A well laid out course explaining when to use CPR amd more importantly when to open a defib box on the wall and how to use one. Now that these machines are everywhere rather than walking past and ignoring them hopefully I will have the knowledge to use one. Although I don’t look forward to shaving some one if they are extra hairy.

Very enjoyable course, trainer was very engaging with the teaching. Feel more confident with giving first aid.
