Really good and well designed to suit our needs - well adapted to suit a small group and plenty of time to practice skills and information.
Response : Hi Hana, thank you for your feedback. We notice you put a 2 for the Course, may we ask why this is? If there is anything we can do to improve we would love to hear.

The course was well presented by Andy. He addressed the needs of everyone in the room in good fashion. The scenarios/role plays were particularly valuable and I would have welcomed more, even at the expense of some indoor learning time.

It was a very informative course, very clear, easy to ask questions, and a good mix of PowerPoint and practical. A good relaxing atmosphere.

Overall very useful - I liked how he used the experience of other group members and used mix of discussion and practical. Could do with more on ‘emotional’ care of casualty/ others/ yourself. Referring to people who were actively suicidal as ‘nut jobs’ was totally inappropriate.
Response : Hi Natasha, thank you for your feedback. I'm disappointed to hear one of our trainers using that expression, I will pass this feedback onto our management team and ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
