Unfortunately, manuals had not arrived by the time course started, but I am sure it will be a useful reference tool to review
I found this training course very refreshing and interesting. I definitely learned a lot, and will surely incorporate it into my normal working practices.
Maureen was brilliant help via email. All staff seem great.
I have felt welcome from the start and found the size of the group about right - 6 of us, which was perfect for interaction and felt confident to be able to ask questions.
Excellent trainer. Ebe was really knowledgeable and supportive.
Rudy was wonderful! Very patient and informative.
They ran out of vegetarian options, but the staff were lovely and gave out vouchers for pret.
