Good explanation and discussion with better understanding
I really appreciate the effort of CopperMill Health care by enrolling us in this unic training to acquire more knowledge.
Sitting still for a long time is quite challenging however the trainer did very well with timed breaks and discussions as such. He did speak a little fast at points but overall was really good with encouraging interaction and demonstrated a vast range of knowledge. This training is very helpful in getting a better insight into autism and how to care for autistic people in a wqy thats comforting to them.
Training was beautiful , We enjoyed a lot and finished in good way . Such a knowledgeable program .

From completing the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, I have learnt the importance of understanding autism and learning disabilities and how they can affect a person’s experience of care. I have gained greater awareness of the need to avoid assumptions, communicate clearly, listen to individuals and their families, and make reasonable adjustments to provide safe, person-centred and respectful care.
