Delivery was really good. Kieran especially. However the actual course/ slides are really disappointing. Pictures are inappropriate at times, poorly laid out, seem to act as time fillers and just don’t make sense in terms of wording, i’d like to think if something is being made compulsory and across the board it would be of a high quality.

This was no better than the first course online. It was a repeat with live trainers.

First part of the training was not good at all. The second part was great.

Good session but a bit longer than I feel was needed

The trainers did their best, really good, couldn't imagined Reuben could deliver that way. I believe that training should have been online like tier 1, have hand-out to be able to go through later.

The course was good but feel some adjustment could be made.

Was a good training everyone was engaged and had a good time with Kiran also educated us on Mandatory training Tier 2

Very informative training.

Lots of information covered.food for thought and definitely able to take loads back to my practice. I think it could have been a shorter day. One cup of tea all day not great refreshments for such a heavy day!
