Andra was fantastic, managed the group very well. She had a very good balance with listening to the group, keeping the flow of the content and dealing with interruptions from the group. Appropriately chastised some group members who were talking or late keeping everyone else waiting.

This is the second time I have attended training delivered by Andra Al Hammouri, and once again she exceeded expectations. Her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to engage participants make the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. She creates a supportive environment, encourages participation, and ensures everyone understands the material. I would gladly attend future training sessions delivered by her and highly recommend her as a trainer.
